Give it Back
This video was made six months after having a baby. I felt like I was back in my old body and ready to rock out with my favorite moves on the fabric. I was very inspired by the cover of Eminen's song "When I'm Gone." If the video is taking too long to load, feel free to go here to view it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNXECSuJr0Q
A Peaceful June Day
I put this piece together after a very peaceful day in the trees. This was one of my first days back on fabric after the birth of my daughter.
Ana's Dance
The first dance I want to highlight here is of one of my past students, Ana. It is a dance that we did in one of our knot classes, and I really like the way Ana does it. It's a very calm piece. Many students struggled with slowing it down enough, but Ana finally conquered it. When you are in the mood for something peaceful, take a look at this video: Nice work Ana!

Aerial Dancing Demo
This video was created to help promote the new resource site I am putting together, AerialDancing.com. The video below includes clips from some of my favorite pieces. Please go here to view it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BC1O7K54lk
Russia
Here I am in Russia with fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, gathered to worship the creator of Dance.
Gone Away - Aerial Fabric Solo
Landon (same guy singing in Russia video - totally blessed to have him singing live for another performance). This fabric solo was performed at Besant Hill School of the Happy Valley in Ojai, Ca in October 2008. It was somewhat improv - I just put it together last minute, and I was so glad Landon came to do live music so that it felt like workship, and could go anyway it went. I had to cover for a few mistakes, but it was still a performance I enjoy.
Inspired by Sunlight
I made this for fun, inspired by pictures I took (camera on a timer) one day when the sun was streaming in and just gorgeous.
The Duet (of knot and static tissu)
I like to think of this piece as a duet between the knot fabric and static tissu (french for fabric by the way). I think both techniques are lovely in their own way. When I first took these videos it was just for the process of checking my technique and to brainstorm choreography. Afterwards, I liked the footage, and thought why don't I make another youtube video with this footage? I love this song of Shawn McDonald.
